1. Information we collect

We collect information needed to run Cyme:

• Account data, such as your email address and authentication session details.
• Workspace content you create, upload, or edit (for example notes, chats, files, and metadata).
• Waitlist form data, including email, source, and anti-abuse fields (for example user agent and referrer) when submitted.
• Operational and security logs needed to detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and troubleshoot errors.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide authentication, deliver workspace functionality, maintain security, operate the waitlist, and improve reliability.

3. AI and third-party processing

When you use AI features, relevant content may be sent to configured model providers (such as Google Gemini and Anthropic, and other providers you enable) to generate outputs.

We also use infrastructure providers (such as Supabase) to store and process service data. See our Subprocessors page for the current processor list.

4. Security

We apply technical safeguards including authenticated access controls, row-level data access rules, private storage configuration for user media, abuse protection, and transport encryption (TLS). Data stored in our managed infrastructure is encrypted at rest by the platform provider.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain data while needed for service operation, security, and legal obligations. You can request account deletion in app settings. Some logs or records may be retained for compliance or abuse prevention where required.

6. Your choices

You can update account data, remove content, and request account deletion from within the application. You may also stop using AI features at any time.

7. Privacy rights requests

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing.
